Josh will spend the next three years training, learning the skills of the profession mentored by Meiko’s senior engineers. In his first few weeks, he has already stripped down undercounter machines and worked on K-Tronic rack transport dishwashers under supervision. After this photo was taken, he went on to work overnight helping replace a gearbox on a major waste handling system for BP in Sunbury.
“Last year I completed two years of courses in Construction which included plumbing and electrical installation...I just like working with my hands,” says Josh.
