In a very loud world,
you need to shout even louder to get your message heard
The best way to tell someone how good a product is, is to have a customer tell them, someone impartial, someone doing their job, who has used the product… someone they trust.
… that’s why a case study that tells the reader about an installation and why Meiko was used, is so strong. With a simple quote from the user, your customer is helping to sell for you.
You can use a case study for many uses…the press, social media, to optimise your website, a sales tool for your sales representatives, a quote on an advert or exhibition graphic.
Mike Sawyer is an outside agency who has worked for Meiko for the last 20 years. He has helped write many of the stories for SPLASH magazine and is now available to write your case studies for FREE!
Mike writes the PR for Meiko UK and has in depth knowledge of all Meiko products and their benefits, whether it is cost savings, space, ergonomics, quality etc.
He has also written for many catering magazines so knows what is important to users of Meiko dish and glass washers, whether the owner of a restaurant, a chef or the kitchen porter.

There is no need to even tap the hood with our automatic rack detection. Just insert the rack from the side and let the dishwashing machine do the rest.
For the case study we need an installation where you have installed Meiko product within the last 18 months. The equipment does not need to be installed last week. Often a period of three or six months to one year helps the customer realise how good Meiko machines and Meiko service is.
To begin with, please choose two suitable case studies for this category: Bars and Restaurants
We will follow up other categories later in a few months time. If you have more than two good case studies, then please include the rest, but no more than five initially please.
If your customer speaks English fluently and is happy to talk to us over the phone, can you please provide:
- Name of installation and contact details (including address and the key contact details, job title, phone number/s and email address):
- Date of installation:
- List of main products installed:
- Was there something special about the installation:
Mike will then speak to the customer to get their
feedback about the Meiko product and service. We will also ask them for a photo of their premises and of the Meiko equipment.
The story will then be drafted, and we will copy the customer and you in with the draft story for approval.
You will then start to have a series of case studies that can work for you.
If you prefer to ask your customer the questions or if the customer is not fluent in English, then please use the CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Form, which can be downloaded here: CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Form. Please contact the customer and go through the questions with them, noting their answers; not every question must be answered, but enough to give us good feedback.
