There is no need to even tap the hood with our automatic rack detection. Just insert the rack from the side and let the dishwashing machine do the rest.
What do we need to write you a case study?
In this digital day and age much can be done via email or telephone.
For the case study we need an installation where you have installed Meiko product within the last 18 months. The equipment does not need to be installed last week. Often a period of three or six months to one year helps the customer realise how good Meiko machines and Meiko service is.
To begin with, please choose two suitable case studies for this category: Bars and Restaurants
We will follow up other categories later in a few months time. If you have more than two good case studies, then please include the rest, but no more than five initially please.
If your customer speaks English fluently and is happy to talk to us over the phone, can you please provide:
- Name of installation and contact details (including address and the key contact details, job title, phone number/s and email address):
- Date of installation:
- List of main products installed:
- Was there something special about the installation:
Mike will then speak to the customer to get their
feedback about the Meiko product and service. We will also ask them for a photo of their premises and of the Meiko equipment.
The story will then be drafted, and we will copy the customer and you in with the draft story for approval.
You will then start to have a series of case studies that can work for you.

Please contact the customer and go through the questions with them, noting their answers; not every question must be answered, but enough to give us good feedback.
